Do not forget to pass this message to their wives, girlfriends, friends or colleagues.

Women: Lip Care for using!

Dr. Elizabeth Ayoub, biomolecular and medical is issued an alert for lipsticks containing lead, which is a carcinogen.

Recently the brand 'Red Earth' decreased prices of R $ 67.00 to R $ 9.90!
Why? Because it contained lead.

The brands that contain lead are:-

CLINIQUE
ESTÉE LAUDER
SHISEIDO
RED EARTH (Lip Gloss)
CHANEL (Lip Conditioner)
MARK AMERICA
MOTIVES
LIPSTICK
AVON

The higher the lead content, the greater the risk of causing cancer. After doing a test on lipsticks, lip was observed in the highest level of lead AVON. Care for those lipsticks which are supposed to have greater fixation. If your lipstick is fixed but is due to high levels of lead.

Take this test:-

1. Put some lipstick on your hand;
2. With a gold ring on this lipstick pass it;
3. If the lipstick color changes to black, then you know that contains lead.

Please send this information to all your friends.

LAPTOP USERS : Be Aware.

A couple lost their 25 year old son in a fire at home on June 4th. The son who had graduated with MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison two weeks earlier had come home for a while. He had lunch with his dad at home and decided to go back to clean up his hostel room. His father told him to wait, to meet his mother, before he went back for a few days. He decided to take a nap while waiting for his mom to come back home from work. Some time later their neighbors called 911 when they saw black smoke coming out of the house.

Unfortunately, the 25 years old died in the three year old house. It took several days of investigation to find out the cause of the fire. It was determined that the fire was caused by the laptop resting on the bed. When the laptop was on the bed cooling fan did not get the air to cool the computer and that is what caused the fire. He did not even wake up to get out of the bed because he died of breathing in carbon monoxide.

The reason I am writing this to all of you is that I have seen many of us and also our brothers& sisters sons&daughters friends&family using the laptop while in bed. Let us all decide and make it a practice not to do that. The risk is real. Let us make it a rule not to use the laptop on bed with blankets and pillows around. Please educate as many people as you can.

About the Sim Card

A Basic knowledge about the Sim Card

A subscriber identity module or subscriber identification module (SIM) is an integrated circuit that securely stores the International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) and the related key used to identify and authenticate subscribers on mobile telephony devices ,such as mobile phones and computers.

It is also a portable memory chip used mostly in cell phones that operate on the Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) network. These cards hold the personal information of the account holder, including his or her phone number, address book, text messages, and other data. When a user wants to change phones, he or she can usually easily remove the card from one handset and insert it into another. SIM cards are convenient and popular with many users, and are a key part of developing cell phone technology.

Sim Cards are of four (4) Types. Named as Below H1, H2, H3, H4

H1= You Will Get Normal Network On This Sim
H2= You Will Get Better Network On This Sim, Means Strong
H3= You Will Get More Better Network On This Sim, Means Stronger
H4= Normal, Better, More Better Is Nothing In Front OF This Sim.

Basically H4 Sim giving for Corporate Sim, Army Peoples etc. The Company doesn’t Provide H4 Sim To all User, because this Sim eat More bandwidth. For knowing Which Type of Sim is using Just Check Its Back Side and will Get the Sim No. and the Sim Type.

SIM cards are made in three different sizes to accommodate different devices. Most phones use mini-SIM or micro-SIM cards, which are quite small — the mini is 25 mm by 15 mm , and the micro is 15 mm by 12 mm.Full-sized cards are much larger, 85.6 mm by 53.98 mm , and are too big for most phones. All cards are only 0.76 mm thick, and the microchip contacts are in the same arrangement. This means that, with the proper adapter, the smaller cards can be used in devices designed for larger ones.

A SIM card offers security for both the user’s data and his or her calls. The cards can be locked, meaning that only someone who has the correct personal identification number (PIN) can use the card. If the phone is stolen, the thief cannot use a locked SIM or get any information off of it without the PIN.

NATURAL THERAPY FOR HEADACHE

Natural Therapy For Headaches!
In about 5 mins, your headache will go.......

The nose has a left and a right side.
We use both to inhale and exhale.
Actually they are different.
You'll be able to feel the difference.

The right side represents the sun.
The left side represents the moon.

During a headache, try to close your right nose
and use your left nose to breathe.
In about 5 mins, your headache will go.

If you feel tired, just reverse, close your left nose
and breathe through your right nose.
After a while, you will feel your mind is refreshed.

Right side belongs to 'hot', so it gets heated up easily.
Left side belongs to 'cold'.

Most females breathe with their left noses,
so they get "cooled off" faster.
Most of the guys breathe with their right noses,
they get worked up.

Do you notice, the moment you awake, which side breathes better?
Left or right ?
If left is better, you will feel tired.
So, close your left nose and use your right nose for breathing..
You will feel refreshed quickly.

Do you suffer from continual headaches?
Try out this breathing therapy.

Close your right nose and breathe through your left nose.
Your headaches will be gone.
Continued the exercise for one month.

Why not give it a try.....a natural therapy without medication.

Run for Good Health.

Why You Should Drink "Warm Water & Lemon".

1. Boosts you're immune system

Lemons are high in Vitamin C and potassium. Vitamin C is great for fighting colds and potassium stimulates brain & nerve function and helps control blood pressure.

2. Balances pH

Lemons are an incredibly alkaline food, believe it or not. Yes, they are acidic on their own, but inside our bodies they're alkaline (the citric acid does not create acidity in the body once metabolized). As you wellness warriors know, an alkaline body is really the key to good health.

3. Helps with weight loss

Lemons are high in pectin fiber, which helps fight hunger cravings. It also has been shown that people who maintain a more alkaline diet lose weight faster. And, my experience is that when I start the day off right, it's easier to make the best choices for myself the rest of the day.

4. Aids digestion

The warm water serves to stimulate the gastrointestinal tract and peristalsis—the waves of muscle contractions within the intestinal walls that keep things moving. Lemons and limes are also high in minerals and vitamins and help loosen ama, or toxins, in the digestive tract.

5. Acts as a gentle, natural diuretic

Lemon juice helps flush out unwanted materials because lemons increase the rate of urination in the body. Toxins are, therefore, released at a faster rate which helps keep your urinary tract healthy.

6. Clears skin

The vitamin C helps decrease wrinkles and blemishes. Lemon water purges toxins from the blood which helps keep skin clear as well.

7. Hydrates the lymph system

This cup of goodness helps start the day on a hydrated note, which helps prevent dehydration (obviously) and adrenal fatigue. When your body is dehydrated, or deeply dehydrated (adrenal fatigue) it can't perform all of it's proper functions, which leads to toxic buildup, stress, constipation, and the list goes on. Your adrenals happen to be two small glands that sit on top of your kidneys, and along with your thyroid, create energy. They also secrete important hormones, including aldosterone. Aldosterone is a hormone secreted by your adrenals that regulates water levels and the concentration of minerals, like sodium, in your body, helping you stay hydrated. Your adrenals are also responsible for regulating your stress response. So, the bottom line is that you really don't want to mess with a deep state of dehydration!

10 things you need to know about Stephen Hawking

 1) Born in Oxford on January 8 1942 - 300 years after the death of astronomer Galileo Galilei - Professor Hawking grew up in St Albans, Hertfordshire. After being diagnosed with a rare form of motor neurone disease - amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) - at the age of 22, Hawking was given just a few years to live.

2) Hawking is as much a celebrity as he is a scientist, having appeared on The Simpsons, Star Trek and having provided narration for a British Telecom commercial that was later sampled on a Pink Floyd album.

3) He had a difficult time at the local public school and was persecuted as a "swot" who was more interested in jazz, classical music and debating than sport and pop. Although not top of the class, he was good at maths and "chaotically enthusiastic in chemistry". Hawking has said of his workload as an undergraduate at Oxford "amounted to an average of just an hour a day". He also said: "I'm not proud of this lack of work, I'm just describing my attitude at the time, which I shared with most of my fellow students. You were supposed to be brilliant without effort, or to accept your limitations and get a fourth class degree."Despite his workload confession, Hawking got a first and went to Cambridge to begin work on his PhD - but he was already beginning to experience the first symptoms of his illness, having fallen over twice for no reason during the last year of his undergraduate degree.

4) Hawking has credited his marriage in 1965 to Jane Wilde, a language student, as a turning point in his life at a time when he was unsure as to what the point of a degree was if he was to die soon. They went on to have three children - Robert, Lucy, and Timothy.

5) At a meeting of the Royal Society meeting, Hawking interrupted a lecture by renowned astrophysicist Sir Fred Hoyle to let him know that he had made a mistake. When asked how he knew there had been an error, Hawking replied: "Because I've worked them out in my head."

6) During the 1970s Hawking produced a stream of first class research, including probably his most important contribution to cosmology: the discovery of Hawking radiation, which allows a black hole to leak energy and gradually fade away to nothing.

7) In the 1980s, Professor Hawking and Professor Jim Hartle proposed a model of the universe which had no boundaries in space or time. The concept was described in A Brief History Of Time, which sold 25 million copies worldwide.

8) In February 1990 he left his wife of twenty five years to set up home with one of his nurses, Elaine Mason. The couple married in September 1995 but divorced in 2006.

9) Among some of his more unconventional theories, Professor Hawking has predicted the end of humanity - due to global warming, a new killer virus, or the impact of a large comet.

10) In 2009 he was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest civilian award in the United States. Hawking was the Lucasian Professor of Mathematics at the University of Cambridge for 30 years, taking up the post in 1979 and retiring on 1 October 2009. He is also a Fellow of Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge having held many other academic positions. In recent years, Professor Hawking has examined the relationship between science and religion, writing a 2010 book Grand Design, which argues that evoking God is not necessary to explain the origins of the universe.

Brain Facts

1.80% of the brain is water. This means that it is
important that you remain properly hydrated for
the sake of your mind.

2.Our brain is more active at night as compared to
day.

3. Information travels along neurons at different
speeds. This is why sometimes you can recall
information instantly, and sometimes it takes a little
longer.

4.Our brain makes up only 2% of our body weight
yet it requires 20% of oxygen that enters our
bloodstream.

5. Alcohol interferes with brain processes by
weakening connections between neurons.

6. Laughing at a joke is no simple task as it require s
activity in five different areas of the brain.

7. Differences in brain weight and size do not equal
differences in mental ability. The weight of Albert
Einstein’s brain was 1,230 grams that is less than
an average weight of the human brain.

8. A living brain is so soft you could cut it with a
table knife.

9. There are about 100,000 miles of blood vessels
in the brain.

10. The brain can live for 4 to 6 minutes without
oxygen, and then it begins to die. No oxygen for 5
to 10 minutes will result in permanent brain

Causes of Liver Damage

1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause.

2. Not urinating in the morning.

3. Too much eating.

4. Skipping breakfast.

5. Consuming too much medication.

6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.

7.consuming alcohol.

8. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.

9. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store. We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to'schedule.'

Top 12 foods that help to FIGHT Cancer....

According to the World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) and the American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR), plant-based foods offer protective effects against a variety of cancers, including that of the esophagus, stomach, colon, rectum, liver, pancreas, ovary, endometrium and the prostate gland.

Experts suggest that a person suffering from cancer should focus on healthy foods that are high in protein and calories to provide energy. During the cancer treatment which includes procedures like radiation, hormone therapy, chemotherapy and surgeries, it is very important to maintain energy and a healthy immune system to fight against the disease. The chances of success may increase if cancer fighting foods are included in the diet.

1. Dietary fiber
Fiber protects and helps in clearing off the disease causing wastes and toxins from your gastrointestinal tract. It promotes weight loss by making you feel fuller for longer. Being obese or overweight will put you in a greater risk for cancer.

2. Avocados
These fruits are rich in glutathione, a powerful anti-oxidant that attacks the free radicals in the body by blocking the intestinal absorption of certain fats. They also supply potassium (more than bananas) and are strong sources of beta-carotene.

3. Vegetables
Vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, kale and Brussels sprouts contain cancer fighting anti-oxidants such as lutein and zeaxanthin. Broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower have a chemical component called indole-3-carbinol that can combat breast cancer by converting a cancer-promoting estrogen into a more protective variety.

Broccoli and especially sprouts have the phytochemical called sulforaphane, a product of glucoraphanin, which is believed to aid in preventing some types of cancer, like that of the colon and the rectum. Scientists have recently estimated that approximately 30 to 40 percent of all cancers can be averted if people eat more fruits, vegetables and plant-based foods while minimizing the intake of high-fat, high-calorie edibles.

4. Carrots
Research have found that falcarinol, a fatty alcohol, found in carrots can reduce the risk of cancer. Moreover, beta carotene present in carrots helps to reduce the risks of a wide range of cancers including that of the lung, mouth, throat, stomach, intestine, bladder, prostate and the breast.
According to the researchers at the Danish Institute of Agricultural Sciences (DIAS), isolated cancer cells grow more slowly when exposed to falcarinol.

5. Chili Peppers and Jalapenos
These vegetables contain a chemical called capsaicin which may neutralize certain cancer-causing substances (nitrosamines) and may help prevent stomach cancer.

6. Allium Vegetables
A 2002 study published in the "Journal of the National Cancer Institute," stated that the intake of allium vegetables like garlic, onions, chives and leeks can significantly lower the risk of prostate cancer. These vegetables contain immune-enhancing allium compounds (dialyl sultides) that appear to increase the activity of the immune cells that fight cancer.

These compounds help in blocking carcinogens from entering into the cells apart from slowing down the development of tumors. Another study in china has shown the protective effect of the immune-boosting allium vegetables against both stomach and esophageal cancers. A study of 41,000 women in Iowa found that eating garlic for at least once a week reduced the risk of colon cancer by 35 percent.

7. Tomatoes
Tomatoes contain Lycopene, an anti-oxidant known for its anti-cancer properties. Recent studies have proved that an increased intake of lycopene can help reduce the risk of breast, prostate, pancreas and colorectal cancers.
One such study at Harvard University found that men who include tomatoes in their meals twice a week can reduce their risk of developing prostate cancer by one-third compared to men who do not consume tomatoes.

8. Soy Products
These foods are rich in nutrients especially in several types of phytoestrogens -- weak, non-steroidal estrogens -- that can help prevent both breast and prostate cancer by blocking and suppressing the cancerous changes. A study has shown that the intake of soy protein by cancer patients can lead to the lowest mortality rate along with the lower probability of recurrence.

9. Turmeric (Haldi)
Turmeric, containing curcumin, is the main ingredient in Indian cooking. And curcumin is a potential cancer fighter. Studies have shown that it can suppress the transformation, proliferation and the invasion of cancerous cells.

10. Grapes
Grapes contain bioflavonoids, the powerful anti-oxidants that work as cancer preventives. Grapes are also rich sources of resveratrol, a natural phenol, which inhibits the enzymes that can stimulate cancer-cell growth and suppress the immune response.

11. Berries and Raspberries
These fruits are rich in ellagic acid, one of the most powerful anti-oxidants which help in preventing the growth of cancer cells. Studies at the Ohio State University showed that animals whose diets are supplemented with black raspberries had a 60% reduction in the tumors of the esophagus and up to 80 percent reduction in colon tumors.

12. Green Tea and Black Tea
These teas are rich in polyphenols (catechins) which are known for preventing cancer cells from dividing. According to a report in the July 2001 issue of the Journal of Cellular Biochemistry, these polyphenols -- abundant in green tea, red wine and olive oil -- may protect against various types of cancer.

A healthy diet and inclusion of these specific cancer fighting foods may help an individual in his recovery process. But side by side, he has to adopt a healthy lifestyle as well! This will require him to stay away from smoking and drinking. These are the two practices which increase the risk of cancer.
